**Purpose:**
This travel policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for business-related travel expense undertaken by the client. The objective is to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective travel while maintaining compliance with my business policies.
**What's the Expectation?**
Client will ensue all cost related to travel beyond 50 miles. Expenses include lodging and transportation. Allocation for travel must be secured 7 days prior to planned visit, unsecured accommodations may result in an adjustment of visit date(s).
**Booking and Reservations:**
a. The client has two options for securing travel:
- Client can secure hotel and accommodations upon my approval or client can allocate funds upon submission of potential service provider.
b. Booking should be done well in advance to secure favorable rates.
**Transportation:**
a. I will opt for the most economical and practical mode of transportation.
b. Air travel: Economy class is standard.
c. Ground transportation: Use cost-effective and reliable options such as public transport or company-approved car services. Ride sharing services is an acceptable form of travel. Personal or private transportation would be at my discretion, and subjected to my approval.
**Food & Meal**
a. Food and meal accommodation is not required but accepted at the discretion of the client.
